Privacy Policy ​

PixWit is free, has no in-app purchases, and requires no registration or account. This policy explains how we handle information when you use PixWit.

1. Introduction ​

PixWit follows a data-minimization principle. Core features (screenshot, screen recording, recognition, image viewing) are processed locally and offline by default. We do not upload your screenshots, screen recordings or image content, unless you actively use the optional online AI features described in Section 4.

2. Information We Collect ​

  • Content you submit (online AI only). When you use online AI services (cloud OCR, image translation, table extraction, AI analysis/AI chat), the specific image or text you explicitly submit is sent to our cloud service (https://pixwit.cn/ai) for processing (see Section 4).
  • Feature data (local, not uploaded). Screenshots, screen recordings, image viewing, local OCR (PP-OCR offline models), annotations, pin-to-screen notes, and QR scanning are all processed locally on your device.
  • Diagnostic logs (optional). To troubleshoot issues, we may record technical information such as app version, operating system type/version, and crash details (if you enable crash feedback).
  • Payment information. The app has no in-app purchases; we do not collect or store any payment information.
  • On-demand components. OCR models or FFmpeg may be downloaded from our open-source repositories/GitHub to update local files; this does not involve your personal content.

We do not require you to register an account, so we do not collect identity information (name, email, etc.), except for information you voluntarily provide when contacting us.

3. Local Processing ​

Screenshot, recording, recognition and image viewing features run fully offline. Content remains on your device (the app uses standard system directories for logs and cache). None of this processing transmits data to any server.

4. Online AI Features (Optional, No Registration) ​

The app provides optional online AI services (cloud OCR, image translation, table extraction, AI analysis, AI chat), which may be used without registration or sign-in. When you actively use these features:

  • We send the specific image/text you explicitly submit to our cloud service at https://pixwit.cn/ai for processing, and delete it afterwards.
  • To complete processing, we may forward the content to third-party AI providers (e.g. Baidu OCR, Alibaba Cloud Qwen/DashScope, DeepSeek, Tencent Hunyuan), which process it under their own privacy terms.
  • Transmissions are encrypted with HTTPS; servers are located in mainland China (Alibaba Cloud).
  • No content is uploaded when you do not use these features.

Bring-your-own-key (BYO). If you configure your own AI service API in the app (e.g. directly calling DeepSeek, Qwen, Baidu, etc.), your content is sent directly to the provider you selected and is governed by that provider's privacy terms; the app itself does not process it.

5. Third-Party Services and Sharing ​

  • The app has no in-app purchases; we do not integrate payment services and do not collect payment information.
  • Only during online AI use may we forward the content you submitted to third-party AI providers (Baidu, Alibaba Cloud, DeepSeek, Tencent Hunyuan, etc.).
  • If you enable BYO, content goes directly to the provider you chose.
  • Apart from the above, we never sell, share, or use your content for advertising.

6. How We Use Information ​

We use information to provide and improve features, ensure security and prevent abuse, troubleshoot, and comply with legal obligations. We do not use your content for advertising, and we do not sell it to third parties.

7. Storage and Protection ​

  • Because no registration is required, we do not store account data; content processed by online AI is deleted after processing.
  • Logs / diagnostic information are kept for [e.g. 30 days] and then deleted.
  • Transmissions use HTTPS encryption and we apply reasonable access controls.

8. Your Rights ​

Because no registration is required, we hold no account data. You may contact us at any time to query or delete any data we may hold that is associated with you. Contact: taoge_ndt@163.com.

9. Minors ​

The app is not intended for children under 13 years of age. If you are a minor, please use it under the guidance of a guardian.

一、引言 ​

感谢使用 PixWit。本应用无内购、无需注册，并遵循"最小必要"原则。核心功能（截图、录屏、识别、看图等）默认在你的设备本地离线完成，不会上传你的截图、录屏或图片内容；仅在你主动使用可选的在线 AI 功能时，才可能上传你提交的内容。

二、我们收集哪些信息 ​

  • 你主动提交的内容（仅在线 AI 功能）：当你使用在线 AI 服务（如云端 OCR、图片翻译、表格提取、AI 解读、AI 对话）时，你明确提交的图片/文本会发送到我们的云服务（https://pixwit.cn/ai）用于处理（见第 4 节）。
  • 功能数据（默认本地、不上传）：截图、录屏、图片查看、本地 OCR（PP-OCR 离线模型）、标注、便签贴图、二维码识别等均在你的设备本地完成。
  • 诊断日志（可选）：为排查故障，我们可能记录应用版本、操作系统类型/版本、崩溃信息等技术性日志（如你选择开启崩溃反馈）。
  • 支付信息：本应用无内购，我们不收集、不存储任何支付信息。
  • 按需下载的组件：OCR 模型或 FFmpeg 等组件可能从我们的开源仓库/GitHub 下载，仅用于更新本地文件，不涉及你的个人内容。

我们不需要你注册账号，因此不收集账号、姓名、邮箱等身份信息（除你主动联系我们时提供的信息）。

三、本地处理说明 ​

截图/录屏/识别/看图等核心功能完全离线运行，内容只存在你的设备（应用使用系统标准目录保存日志与缓存）。以上处理不向任何服务器传输。

四、在线 AI 功能（可选，无需注册） ​

本应用提供可选的在线 AI 服务（云端 OCR、图片翻译、表格提取、AI 解读、AI 对话），使用这些功能无需注册/登录。当你主动使用这些功能时：

  • 我们会把你明确提交的那张图片/那段文本发送到我们的云服务（域名：https://pixwit.cn/ai）用于处理，处理完成后按需删除；
  • 为完成处理，我们可能将该内容转发给第三方 AI 服务提供商（例如百度 OCR、阿里云通义/DashScope、DeepSeek、腾讯混元），这些服务商将按各自的隐私条款处理；
  • 传输采用 HTTPS 加密；服务器位于中国大陆（阿里云）；
  • 不使用这些功能时，不会发生内容上传。

自带密钥（BYO）说明：如果你在应用中配置了自己的 AI 服务 API（如直接调用 DeepSeek、通义、百度等），你的内容将直接发送给你指定的服务商，并受该服务商的隐私条款约束，本应用不参与处理。

五、第三方服务与共享 ​

  • 本应用无内购，不接入支付服务，也不收集支付信息；
  • 仅在在线 AI 功能使用过程中，为完成处理，我们可能将你提交的内容转发给第三方 AI 服务商（百度、阿里云、DeepSeek、腾讯混元等）；
  • 若你启用自带密钥（BYO），内容直接发送到你指定的服务商；
  • 除上述外，我们不会把你的内容出售、共享或用于广告。

六、信息的使用 ​

用于：提供并改进功能、安全与防滥用、故障排查、法律合规。我们不会将你的内容用于广告或出售给第三方。

七、存储与保护 ​

  • 因无需注册，我们不保存你的账号信息；在线 AI 功能处理的图片/文本在处理完成后按需删除；
  • 日志/诊断信息保留【如 30 天】后删除；
  • 传输采用 HTTPS 加密，并采取合理的访问控制措施。

八、你的权利 ​

由于无需注册，我们不持有你的账号数据。你可随时联系我们，查询或删除我们保存的与你有任何关联的数据。联系方式：taoge_ndt@163.com。

九、未成年人 ​

本应用不面向 13 岁以下儿童提供服务。如你为未成年人，请在监护人指导下使用。
